Legal Information and Terms of Use for the SafeToRun Plugin

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

This Legal Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you, the user ("You" or "Your"), and SafeToRun Technologies Inc. ("We," "Us," or "Our") for the use of the SafeToRun Plugin ("Software") provided by SafeToRun Technologies Inc.

By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. If You do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, copy, or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT:

We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to use the Software, solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Us.

2. RESTRICTIONS:

You may not: (i) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software; (ii) distribute, license, transfer, or sell, in whole or in part, any of the Software; (iii) use the Software for any commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted in writing by Us.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including but not limited to patents, designs, trade secrets, copyrights, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Us.

4. DATA PRIVACY:

By using the Software, You agree to the collection, transfer, storage, and use of Your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event shall We be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use, incurred by You or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from Your access to, or use of, the Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without reference to conflict of laws principles.

8. SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
